Since we hang out and cook together (or at least kind of, virtually and all), I thought we could chat. I’m going to make a small change to the blog and I want to share.
Every Wednesday for the past 8 months I have written a post about something I found exciting and awesome. I creatively titled this series, the “Things that are awesome Wednesday” series. These have been some of my favorite posts to write. I mean, who doesn’t want to talk about things that are awesome?
But starting next week, I’m going to change it up a bit. Actually a better way to describe it is that I’m going to expand the series. I will still write about things that are awesome sometimes — but I also want to write about topics that I find interesting but fall short of “awesome.”
In this new series, I will write about something that’s on my mind that didn’t involve turning on the stove. I may share an interesting article, a quote, a question, an experience, a highlight, a low moment or whatever. There’s no limits really. It’s a big world and it’s wide open – thus, the new series will be called Wide Open Wednesdays.
After all, one of the main things I love about eating paleo foods is that it keeps me healthy and energized so I can experience this world. I want to nourish myself well so I can live, love and learn fully – and then have the chance to write about it a bit.

On a slightly related note — I love to write and share recipes but it’s really only fun because of those of you who are nice enough to visit, read and comment. Thank you for spending a few moments of your day with me.
I’d love to be able to hook up with you wherever else you hang out in the weberverse. We could connect on Facebook, tweet on Twitter or swap photos on Pinterest. I’ve included a link to my sites on each of those pages below and I would love it you wanted to follow or like the site in any of these ways if you haven’t already.
