If you read a lot of paleo and fitness blogs (like I do,) you can get a bit overwhelmed with the nuances and nitpicks of paleo eating. That’s why I love it when folks break it down to the basics.
If I get off-track or overwhelmed, I go back and re-read 100 words of basic wisdom on fitness by CrossFit founder Greg Glassman or good nutrition by Cave Girl Eats and I’m like, “Yeah, I can do this.”
So for today’s Wide Open Wednesday post, I thought it would be fun to break down another tricky topic to 100 words — staying paleo in day-to-day life. Here are my best tips for keeping on the paleo path (until the time when you decide you want to intentionally indulge in a non-paleo treat.)
